π Key Responsibilities For Discovery SA: Entry Level Administrator β Retirement Funds (2025)
As a Retirement Funds Administrator, you will:
β Process monthly contributions and reconcile investments
β Handle Section 13A compliance (letters/calculations)
β Manage T-Day processes and new member onboarding
β Ensure regulatory compliance (Pension Funds Act, Tax Act)
β Resolve client/broker queries via email/phone
β Prepare management reports
β Identify process improvements
