✔ Job Title: Long-Term Insurance Call Centre Agent (Contract)
✔ Locations: SOUTH AFRICA(Remote options available)

✔ Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
✔ Salary: R9,500 – R12,000/month + performance bonuses

✔ Matric certificate (Grade 12)
✔ 1-3 years call centre experience (Insurance preferred)
✔ FAIS accreditation (Advantageous)
✔ Clear criminal & credit record
✔ Fluent in English + 1 SA language
Technical Skills Required:
- MS Office proficiency
- CRM system experience
- Typing speed: 35wpm+
