About the Position:
As a Cashier, your primary responsibility will be to serve customers by accurately ringing up purchases and providing excellent customer service. This is a permanent position offering competitive market-related remuneration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Front-End Equipment:
- Point of sale terminal
- Debit card terminal (Speedpoint)
- Veri-cheque and Smartbox systems
- Zip Zap payment system
- Process Various Forms of Payment:
- Cash
- Cheques
- Gift vouchers
- Bank cards
- Pensioner’s cards
- Hygiene and Safety Standards: Ensure store cleanliness, maintain housekeeping standards, and follow safety protocols.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock management and organize product signage.
- Customer Service: Deliver friendly, efficient, and courteous service to all customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / NQF level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Previous cashier experience (as a part-time cashier or trainee) is preferable but not mandatory.
- No Criminal Record
