Cleaning Learnership 2024 ESM
Overview:
Employment Solution Management invites motivated individuals to apply for our 3-month work-based learnership program in the cleaning and hygiene industry. This program combines hands-on experience with theoretical training, preparing participants for a successful career in commercial cleaning. Successful candidates who meet performance and client standards during the learnership will have the opportunity for a 12–month employment contract with a flexible schedule and increased hourly rate.
Requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Currently unemployed
- Aged between 18 and 28
- Qualification not higher than NQF Level 4
- Attended a Quintile 1, 2, or 3 school or a recipient of a Child Support Grant
