Programme Overview
Clover is offering a Call Centre Learnership Programme for 2025. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to gain valuable experience in a professional call centre environment while working toward an NQF qualification. Participants will be based at Clover’s Call Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, and attend scheduled classes during the programme.
At the end of the learnership, participants will have enhanced their skills, gained practical experience, and achieved an NQF qualification to advance their careers.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify:
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Recent Matric Graduates: Completion of Grade 12 between 2020 and 2024.
- Academic Performance: Achieved at least 60% in English and Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
- Computer Literacy: Advanced computer skills required.
- Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed.
- Experience: Applicants must not have previously participated in a learnership programme.
- Location: Preference will be given to applicants from the West Rand and surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities
During the learnership, participants will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent customer service by handling both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Capturing and confirming customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Providing customers with account status updates and confirming orders as per standard procedures.
- Promoting Clover products by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to teamwork and collaboration.
