Key Responsibilities For FlySafair Passenger Services Trainee Programme
As a Passenger Services Trainee, you will assist in various airport operations, including:
✔ Passenger Queue Management – Guide travelers to correct check-in counters for efficient processing.
✔ Check-In Support – Help filter passengers as check-in closure approaches.
✔ Baggage Assistance – Remove old tags, assist with luggage handling, and operate POS devices for baggage payments.
✔ Special Passenger Care – Prioritize elderly passengers, families, and those needing extra help.
✔ Security Checkpoint Aid – Advise passengers on security protocols (removing laptops, belts, etc.).
✔ Terminal Cleanliness & Order – Maintain neat queue areas, align stanchions, and remove trolleys.
✔ General Passenger Guidance – Direct travelers to facilities (restrooms, boarding gates, etc.).

To qualify for this programme, you must meet the following criteria:
Essential Criteria
- Age 18+ (Mandatory)
- Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Strong communication & time management skills
- Own transport (Due to early/late shifts)
