Programme Overview:
- Duration: 24 months.
- Closing date: 06 March 2025
- Location: South Africa
- Mentorship: Structured mentorship and regular assessments every six months.
- Training: Hands-on experience across various functional areas within Transnet Freight Rail.
Key Responsibilities and Position Outputs
- Participate in on-the-job training across different departments and depots.
- Engage with mentors and experienced professionals for continuous learning.
- Develop business acumen and industry-specific knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: BSc degree in Horticulture or a related field, or a National Diploma.
- Experience: No prior work experience required.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Educational Background: Graduates from registered institutions under the Department of Higher Education & Training (Universities, Universities of Technology, TVET Colleges).
