Programme Overview:

• Duration: 24 months.
• Closing date: 06 March 2025
• Location: South Africa
• Mentorship: Structured mentorship and regular assessments every six months.
• Training: Hands-on experience across various functional areas within Transnet Freight Rail.

Key Responsibilities and Position Outputs

• Participate in on-the-job training across different departments and depots.

Qualifications and Experience

• Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
• Educational Background: Graduates from registered institutions under the Department of Higher Education & Training (Universities, Universities of Technology, TVET Colleges).
