Minimum Requirements For ABSA Bank: Admin Clerk Vacancy
✔ Matric (Grade 12) or NQF 4 equivalent (Essential)
✔ 1+ year administrative experience (Essential)
✔ Fiduciary/legal admin experience (Advantageous)
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & database systems

📥 Data Capturing & Record Management
- Accurately capture new/updated Wills on ABSA’s Trust system.
- Process cancellation requests and deceased estate notifications.
- Transfer records from old databases (Magic) to new systems.
✉️ Correspondence & Customer Service
- Draft standard letters for Will cancellations/deceased estates.
- Contact clients via SMS/email for missing documentation.
- Resolve telephonic queries professionally.
📜 Compliance & Risk Management
- Complete mandatory compliance training (Wills Act, AML, etc.).
- Adhere to data security and records management policies.
